Sarah Ward, LMFT, CDS

As a coach and consultant specializing in family systems, my focus is on providing clarity and practical solutions for individuals and families facing complex relational dynamics. My academic foundation, which includes a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's in Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapy, equips me with the knowledge and skills necessary for solution-focused, client-centered guidance.

Since the inception of my practice in 2009, I have maintained a commitment to supporting families, individuals, and couples as they navigate various challenges. My expertise expanded significantly in 2015 when I pursued professional training in mediation, coaching psychology, and collaborative law. This diverse skill set allows me to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and navigating high-conflict situations with skill and precision.

I apply family systems theory as a foundation for developing essential leadership qualities, enabling effective communication and collaboration within team dynamics. My personal experience within a blended family further informs my practice, particularly in enhancing teamwork and creating effective, child-centered parenting plans that work for everyone involved.

Since 2020, my focus has shifted toward coaching and consulting, with a mission to partner with aspiring entrepreneurs clarify their objectives and develop actionable plans. I collaborate with a network of legal and business professionals, ensuring my clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs and desires. This holistic approach allows families and businesses to create sustainable change throughout their relational and professional systems.
